Is Software Factory a replacement for our engineering tools?
We begin with your repositories, tickets, documentation and support systems. Discovery establishes the integrations and any changes needed to make work flow visibly.
Can we start on an established codebase?
Yes. Project conventions, decisions, support history and living documentation provide the context needed to work on established software. Access and readiness are assessed first.
How do people stay in control?
The harness uses agreed approval gates. Work carries evidence into technical review and sign-off; an executed task is not automatically accepted as done.
How do we adopt it across the team?
The transformation engagement pairs installation with an embedded accelerator on live work. Reusable playbooks and internal champions help the team run the system independently.
