About this policy
This policy covers the amotion.dev website and inquiries sent through its contact links. amotion.dev is a sister company of Amotion, focused on AI transformation and custom agents. Initial inquiries are handled by the shared Amotion founding team.
The website provides information about our services, articles and illustrative workflow examples. It does not offer account registration or collect submissions through a contact form. Data handling for a client engagement is addressed separately as part of that engagement.
When you contact us
Email links open your own email application. The introduction button prepares a draft for you to review; opening it does not send a message to us.
If you send an email, we receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to include. We use that information to respond, understand your request and discuss a possible next step. Email is processed through the services used to send and receive it.
Interactive workflow examples
The workflow examples on the homepage use fictional sample data and run in your browser. Advancing a step, approving an example action or resetting a demo does not connect to your business systems or send the example data to an AI service.
Demo progress is held in page memory. It is not stored in cookies or browser storage and is cleared when you reload the page.

Links to Amotion AI, LinkedIn, Timo and other external resources take you to separate websites. Their own privacy practices apply when you visit them. Linking to those services does not give this website access to your account with them.

You can browse the site and read its articles without providing contact details. If you have contacted us, you can ask about the information you shared or request a correction or deletion by emailing the Amotion founding team. We will review your request in light of any applicable obligations.
